My Story

Shannon Hunter is the Founder of Hunter Conflict Solutions. Shannon has over 30 years of Human Resources leadership experience across diverse industries, including broadcast media, banking and financial services, education, education assessments, chemical manufacturing, maritime, accounting, and management consulting. Shannon brings a deep understanding of human dynamics and conflict resolution.

Shannon’s approach to conflict resolution emphasizes neutrality, fairness, and effective communication to help individuals and organizations navigate complex challenges.
